Foundation Repair Warranty

To transfer an existing warranty to a new owner complete these two simple steps within 90 days of your closing date:

1. Complete our Warranty Claim Form and click on “transfer”. You will need to include the date of closing, as well as the previous owner’s name.

2. You will also need to complete and submit the following materials within the designated 90 days:

2a. Proof of transfer of title.

2b. A passing freshwater pressure test and a passing hydro-static sewer test performed from a dual-directional clean-out. These tests must have been completed within the past 30 days.

Note: The passing tests must be submitted on company letterhead, showing the Master Plumber’s license number and proof that both systems were tested & passed.

If you’re in need of a warranty inspection, start by taking detailed notes of all relevant issues you’re currently having with your home; cracks on the wall, doors not shutting correctly, etc. You’ll be asked to provide this information in the Warranty Claim Form. Please add as much detail as possible, and upload associated images.

You’ll need to provide the following documentation/information;

1. Detailed descriptions and photos of each issue currently present in your home

2. A passing freshwater pressure test and a passing hydrostatic sewer test performed from a dual-directional clean-out*

*These tests must have been completed within the past 30 days
