SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in, you agree to receive service-related SMS messages from Perma Pier Foundation Repair, including messages about your request, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, analyst arrival updates, project updates, feedback requests, and repair completion communications

How You Opt In
You can opt in by selecting the SMS consent checkbox on a website or landing page form, or by verbally agreeing during the scheduling process and then confirming by text

Confirmation Messages
If you verbally opt in, you will receive a text message asking you to confirm your enrollment.

Example message:
“Perma Pier: Reply YES to confirm you’d like to receive text messages about your service request and appointments. Reply STOP to cancel.”

After confirmation, you may receive a follow-up message such as:
“Thank you for confirming! You’ll receive service-related updates from Perma Pier. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Customers may receive approximately 1–4 messages during a free evaluation and approximately 4–15 messages during an active project, depending on communication preferences

Opting Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Perma Pier. To opt back in, please call us and we can manually re-add you to our SMS contact list
